How do I sync my data between devices?
Simply log in with your Google account. Your local data will be automatically merged with your account, and any changes will sync instantly across all your devices.

Does KanbanTab work offline?
Yes. KanbanTab uses a "local-first" architecture. You can work without an internet connection, and changes will sync automatically to the cloud once you are back online.

Can I import data into KanbanTab?
KanbanTab supports importing data using JSON files. You can upload a file by going to Settings > Account > Import JSON. Imports are currently limited to KanbanTab’s own JSON format.

Is my data private?
Your data is private and secure. We never sell your data. With end-to-end encryption enabled, even we can’t access it. Learn more on our Security page.

What if I lose my encryption passphrase?
For security reasons, we do not store your passphrase, which means it cannot be reset. If you enabled end-to-end encryption and lose your passphrase, that data is permanently inaccessible.
Account & Billing

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
You can cancel anytime from the Account Dashboard. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Is my payment information secure?
All payments are securely processed by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card information.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
Your data remains safe. If you have more than one board when your subscription expires, they will become read-only until you upgrade again or delete down to the free limit.

Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you are unhappy with the service. Contact support to initiate a refund.

How do I use Custom CSS?
This is a Premium feature. Go to Settings > Display > Advanced. You can override any CSS in the app to fully customize your board's appearance. Use carefully as it can break the layout.
